4. Intellectual Property:

- Upon receipt of full payment, the Designer grants the Client a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the completed website design for its intended purpose.
5. Revisions and Modifications:

- Additional revisions or modifications beyond the agreed-upon scope may be subject to additional fees.
6. Confidentiality:
- Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project.

7. Termination:
- Either party may terminate the project with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of these Terms and fails to remedy the breach within a reasonable period.
- Upon termination, the Client agrees to compensate the Designer for any Services rendered up to the date of termination.
8. Limitation of Liability:
- The Designer shall not be liable to the Client or any third party for any damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the website design.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
