- Refunds are eligible under the following circumstances:
- The client cancels the project before any work has begun.
- Web Designer is unable to fulfill the agreed-upon scope of work.
- Refunds are not eligible for completed projects or services already rendered.
Eligible refunds will be executed between 7-9 working days
